50 Cent: Two Concerts in Korea in January

Though we've dealt with the cancellations of Sir Elton John and Dr. Dre already this year, American hip hop megastar, 50 Cent, is the next big act lined up to (hopefully) play at BEXCO in January.

BUSAN, South Korea -- Curtis James Jackson, a.k.a. 50 Cent, will make his first pilgrimage to Busan with a concert at BEXCO on January 13. Named the sixth-best artist of the 2000s by Billboard Magazine, 50 Cent is set to release his fifth studio album, Street King Immortal, in early January after months of delays. The 37-year-old rapper is best known for hits such as “P.I.M.P.”, "Candy Shop", "Disco Inferno", "How We Do" and “In Da Club”, which broke a Billboard record as the most listened-to song in radio history within a week back in 2007.

Shows will be held at the Seoul Olympic Gymnasium on January 12 and BEXCO in Busan on January 13.
