Busan Immigration Service Center to Open Today



The new Busan Immigration Service Center opens today in Jungang-dong to hopefully increase the ease of dealing with immigration issues in the city. (The old KISS service near the port is pictured above).


BUSAN, South Korea -- Busan Immigration Service Center will open to the public on July 23, 2012. The center is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Korean Air Bldg., in Jungang-dong and serves people in the Busan, Gimhae, Yangsan and Gyeongsangnam-do areas. Services include registration, visa application & extension, citizenship, and other immigration-related matters. For more information, please call 051-461-3091~6.

Location: 1F and 2F of the Korean Air Building. (Address: 146 Jungang-daero, Jung-gu, Busan)

How to get there: take Metro Line No. 1 to Busan Station and leave by Exit No. 2 (or to Jungang Station, then leave by Exit No. 14), or take Bus No. 17, 26, 27, 40, 41, 81, 87, 88-1, 1000 or 1004 and get off at the Yeongju-dong stop.
