KT Regroups to Win Their 20th of the Year



The KT Sonic Boom held on to win their 20th game of the season Wednesday night.


BUSAN, South Korea - Cho Sung-min's 25 points led KT to a 78-72 win over Seoul Samsung Thunders Wednesday evening at the Sajik Indoor Gymnasium.

Charles Rhodes added 20 points and five rebounds, while Song Young-jin added 19 as KT won their 20th game of the season. KT is nine games over .500 with 21 games remaining in the season.

KT took a 12 point advantage into halftime, and held on in the fourth after the third quarter in which Samsung had cut the lead to four. Cho's eight points in the last quarter helped KT secure the win and break their two game losing streak.

Ira Clark scored 21 points for Samsung, while Lee Seung-joon added 14 points and 14 rebounds.
