ICHEON, South Korea - English bands Radiohead and the Stone Roses have been announced as two of the acts to perform at this year's Jisan Valley Rock Festival.

The festival, which came into existence in 2009, is a three day rock fest which takes place this year from the 27th-29th of July at the Jisan Valley Resort, in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province. Though younger than the Pentaport Rock Festival, it has quickly become one of the biggest festivals in the country.

Last year, Suede, Incubus and the Chemical Brothers were the headliners of the show, which featured 39 different acts over the three days.

Radiohead formed in 1983, and have released eight albums to date.

Radiohead, which Rolling Stone Magazine cited as the #2 band of the 2000s, bring their experimental alternative style to the rock fest this year. Their debut single "Creep" is still one of the most well-known song of the past 15 years, and their album "The Bends" shot them to international fame back in 1995. The group has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide.

The four member band consisting of Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni, disbanded for 15 years, and until recently, just decided to make a reunion tour. Their first shows, to be played the last weekend of June, at Heaton Park in Manchester, sold 150,000 tickets in 14 minutes, with the band announcing a third show on July 1st, 2012.
