KBL - Sonic Boom Win League Record 41st Game

BUSAN, South Korea - The KT Sonic Boom won their league record 41st game of the season Sunday afternoon in front of a packed crowd at Sajik Indoor Gymnasium.

The Sonic Boom capped off a historic season, finishing 41-11 for the season, and gaining a bye in the first round. The Boom beat Ulsan 80-65 in the final game of the regular season.

Boom Finishes First in Regular Season

WONJU, South Korea - One day after KT Sonic Boom center Charles Rhodes proclaimed to Busan Haps that this year’s campaign would be a failure if they didn’t bring the season championship trophy home, they did just that today in Wonju.

"We've been up top most of the year, and if we don't win it, it will be a failure," he said before Saturday’s game with SK at Sajik Stadium. "It was a tough loss to Incheon (last game), but we gotta regain our focus."
