The Lotte Giants will host events to honor Foreigners' Day at today and tomorrow's game with Samsung, in Sajik Stadium. A staff member with Lotte Giants said the events are to expand kinship and communication with foreigners living in the city. 

Lotte plans to invite 300 foreigners from the Northeast Asia Youth Forum and Busan Federation for International Activities who live in Busan.

BUSAN, South Korea -- The Lotte Giants will host a variety of events for games played at Ulsan Munsu Stadium, today, April 4th. 

Players will meet fans, and will also get a chance to meet a member of the Farmer's Band, one hour before first pitch, to celebrate the first game in Ulsan, which has not have a significant baseball presence for some time. Fans will also get a chance to get signed baseballs from Lotte players.

Lotte Giants to Host 26th Annual Lotte-Cup Baseball Competition

BUSAN, South Korea -- Pro-baseball team Lotte Giants will host the 26th Annual Lotte-Cup Baseball Competition on March 8th in Busan Gudeok Baseball Park. 

32 baseball teams based in Busan and Ulsan, including 6 elementary school teams, 16 little baseball team and 10 middle school teams, will participate.

BUSAN, South Korea -- The Lotte Giants signed Song Seung-joon, Jang Sung-ho and Kim Seung-hee to contracts.

Lotte Signs Choi Joon-suk From Doosan

BUSAN, South Korea -- The Lotte Giants signed free agent Choi Jun-suk to a contract yesterday, November 18th. Choi signed the four-year, 3.5 billion won agreement, including a 1.5 billion won deposit, a 400 million won annual salary and a 400 million won option with Lotte. 

Choi played superior ball in the post-season, hitting six home runs and hitting .341. The signing is expected to strengthen Lotte's hitting.
